Kathryn was born in San Antonio, Texas and eventually moved to San Marcos to attend Texas State University as a Communication Design major. In December 2001, she received her BA in Communication Design and moved to Austin. Since then, Kathryn has worked as a graphic designer at the Mexic-Arte Museum, done freelance multimedia development for TSU Media Services, and created illustrations for the Austin-American Statesman. Bringing to AMODA her background in art and design, Kathryn is the design advisor for the organization and director of the AMODA creative team.

Aaron Bramley joined the AMODA team as Communications Director in February 2008. He gained his skills by several years of on-the-job experience with a boutique public relations agency, as well as a BA from New York University in Politics and Linguistics. Among Aaron's responsibilities are to ensure that AMODA's events are well attended, to interact with the press and public on behalf of the organization, and to aid in the development of marketing tools and resources. He is always eager to learn new things and looks forward to a long-lasting relationship with the many great people behind AMODA.
